A. EX - AWE - DEE - AH. Think expedia. But for audio!

Q. How can I pay? Do you accept Paypal?

A. At the checkout you can choose between paypal and google checkout. Either of these will accept any major credit or debit card.

Q. Are the payments secure?

A. Yes. The payments are made through either Paypal or Google's own secure servers.

Q. I just bought a download. How do I get it?

A. You will recieve an email confirming the purchase, and a second email with a link shortly afterwards. Click on the link to get your file.

Q. The email still hasn't arrived. What's going on?

A. Please check you spam-box! Some email services have been known to identify our message as spam, so please look there. The message and title should include the name of the shop "XAUDIA - music sales" and / or the company name "‎Bad Bear Limited"

Also, at the moment, all of our sales have to be approved by human beings. We're working on an automated system but for now, please be patient. The tracks are worth the wait.

Q. I still haven't received my download or CD.

A. If still haven't received a link, or can't download a track, or are in any way dissatisfied with the service, please email store@xaudia.com

Q. I can't see how to log in to my account.

A. You may need to enable your browser's cookies. Please click on the enable cookies link at the bottom of the page. You may need to delete the existing cookies.

Q. The sound clips won't play!

A. The player works with shockwave flash. Please make sure you have the latest version of the flash player. You can download HERE

Unfortunately, there are some problems with older versions of Internet Explorer. If you are still having problems we recommend the Mozilla Firefox browser!
