Drew Stephenson is as much a storyteller as he is a songwriter. He sings dark narratives and whimsical tales about floods, , dead girlfriends and getting beaten up in another country - set against acoustic guitar with shades of cello, accordian, organ and e-bowed bass guitar.

Drew's songs will appeal to those who appreciate Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, Nick Cave, The Handsome Family or Midnight Oil.

The EP Digging for Bones is Drew's first release as a solo artist, and is now available on the SOUP label.
